The TEC40 provides the redundant control of three or four Bard wall-mounts as a 1-stage system, or 2 air conditioners operating as a 2-stage system.  The electronic controller features:

• Adjustable timer switches units 1, 3, 7, 14 or 24 days.
• 4 Stage Cool / 4 Stage Heat electronic thermostat.
• Dedicated terminals for a field supplied fire suppression system (de-energizes all air conditioners in the event of a fire).
• LED lights indicate the lead unit.
• Low voltage isolation circuit prevents feedback and phasing problems between all units
• Speed up jumper to test timer between units.
